What Types of Tree Survey Are Available in Ware?
Three survey types cover Ware: the Tree Condition Report for general health checks, the Mortgage Tree Report for lender requirements, and the BS5837 survey for planning applications.
Tree Condition Reports (TCR)
A Tree Condition Report assesses the health, structure and safety of individual trees. Homeowners, landlords and property managers request one to check for disease, decay or hazard risk.
Mortgage Tree Reports (MTR)
A Mortgage Tree Report is required when a lender's valuation identifies trees close to a property during purchase or remortgage. The report satisfies major UK lender requirements before funds release.
BS5837 Tree Surveys
A BS5837 survey categorises every tree on site into one of four grades, sets root protection areas and produces a tree constraints plan. East Hertfordshire Council requires this survey for planning applications affecting trees.
